The Studies on the Application of KPO in the Enterprises Scientific and Technological Innovation
KnowledgeProcess Outsourcing (KPO) is the high intelligent continuation of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) which focuses on the high-end of customers value chain processes.Through the outsourcing of high-knowledge-content analysis,research and other activities,the customers performance value can be improved more efficiently.The scientific and technological innovation processes of enterprises generally consist of three phases:scientific and technological achievementsgeneration phase,transformation phase and generating social and economic benefits phase.KPO can provide knowledge-intensive services for all these phases throughout the innovation.In this paper some representative outsourcing services of KPO will be selected and the application of them in the enterprises scientific and technological innovation processes will be analyzed.
