Production on a Large Scale the Pleurotus ostreatus Using Grass and Straw Through the Short Composting Process Including Phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ

In this research investigated the use grass and straw are utilizing as a treatment of the substrate short composting pasteurization with subsequent conditioning (Phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ) in rustic cultivating. We used tree commercial strains of Pleurotus ostreatus, sugar cane straw and wheat straw, brachiaria grass, brizantha grass supplemented with wheat bran. The experiment was a factorial (4 substrate ×3 strains) with 15 replication assessment productivity. To evaluate the parameters of the substrate was observed data temperature composting ( Phase Ⅰ) , dry matter, C/N ratio, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, crude fiber and crude protein the end of phase I and II and the end of cultivation. All the parameters related of the cultivation substrate showed significant differences (p <0,01), with a long the cycle of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, crude protein, crude fiber and dry matter. The best yield was observed in the base substrate brizantha grass, 33. 54% and 28. 50% to the strains POS 09/101 and POS 09/102, respectively. Lower yields were observed in the base substrate brachiaria grass and wheat straw 1. 79% and 14. 79% , respectively for the strain POS 09/100.
