Accumulation Characteristics of Fluorine in Tea Plant Grown in Hydroponics
The accumulation characteristic of fluorine in tea plant was investigated in the work. By the study of the influence of treating time and fluorine concentration, it was found that, in 250 mg/L fluorine solution, fluorine content in hydroponic tea plants increased significantly as the treating time increased. Fluorine content in the fractions was in the sequence of mature leaves > new leaves > roots > stems. In the early 12 days, no significant damage symptom was observed. But after cultured for 18 days, fluorine in mature leaves was in the high level of 680939 mg/kg. The accumulation of fluorine in tea plants cultured in different fluorine concentration can be fitted by Michaelis-Menten formula model. In no fluorine solution, the accumulative multiple of roots and shoots which were the vigorous parts of the tea plants linear increased as the plants grew. As the tea plants grew, the fluorine in the plants increased.
