Study based on Hydraulic-mechanical Coupling Simulation of 4UX - 550 Potato Harvesters Suspension Unit

The parametric models of 4UX-550 potato harvester and suspension device of Dongfanghong-200p tractor were established with Pro/ENGINEER software, and the assembly of tractors suspension device and potato harvester was accomplished. Imputted the assembly model into ADAMS, and established hydraulic lifting loop system model, then carried out the coupling simulation of mechanical system and hydraulic system. The results showed that compared with the case of the mechanical force driving, in the case of hydraulic pressure driving , when the suspension unit was lifting, at the top hanging point it appeared the biggest force, whose time delayed 0.08s, and at low hanging point it delayed 0.088s;when the suspension unit was falling, at the top hanging point the time delayed 0.056s , at the low hanging point it delayed 0.06s. When the top and low suspension points were acted with equal force under hydraulic pressure and mechanical driving, the hydraulic cylinder buffer force ranged from 5.09 to 15.39N.
