The Design and Simulation of Wide Adaptability Small Potato Digger

According to the planting mode of Gansu province and regional distribution of potatoes, a small potato digger was designed to adapt to the Gansu province mountainous plot, small plot and different types of soil meeting the requirements of cultivation on plane or ridge. A virtual prototype was set up and dynamic simulated in the ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems). The structure combining the digger shovel with vibrating sieve we designed could enhance the adaptability for different type of soil and capacity of crashing soil, the results showed that it could satisfy the requirements of potato harvest of Gansu province.
