Game Analysis on the Vicissitudes of Agricultural Mechanization System

摘要：

The Rubinstein model of game theory was applied to analyze the course of game for institutional innovation of agricultural mechanization, which explained the reasons for institutional innovation of agricultural mechanization. Due to the system diminishing returns and new system bringing the potential profit, agricultural mechanization system was innovated continuously under the changes of the institutional environmental conditions. The new system of agricultural mechanization was the outcome of game among all interest groups of agricultural mechanization for a long term game and reiterative trial and error. The innovative system was an inexhaustible impetus for the development of agricultural mechanization, which could raise the level of agricultural mechanization and speed up the process of agricultural modernization in China.
