Evaluation and Analysis on Actuality of Agricultural Mechanization Development
According to the system structure of agricultural mechanization, the index system was set up, and the method of osculating value was applied for evaluating the actuality of agricultural mechanization development in various regions, which were divided into three grades based on the evaluation result The serious unbalance of agricultural mechanization development was found among various regions in China, and this imbalance is difficult to break through in the short term. Its causation of the differences was analyzed for the agricultural mechanization development, which is closely linked to regional disparities of economic development level and natural condition. Some suggestions, including preferential policies of state to regions with low level of agricultural mechanization development, were finally put forward in order to speed up realizing the agricultural mechanization in China.
