Empirical Study on Low-Carbon Development of Agriculture in Heilongjiang

摘要：

In this paper, using multiple regression analysis, analyzed input factors that affected the agricultural output value of Heilongjiang Province, the results showed that: (1) The agricultural fertilizer had a significant contribution to change in agricultural output value of Heilongjiang Province;(2) The total power of agricultural machinery had a positive but not significant impacts on the agricultural output value in Heilongjiang Province;(3) The agricultural plastic film had a significant contribution to the agricultural output value in Heilongjiang Province; (4) In the short term, the increasing agricultural output value of Heilongjiang Province could be promoted by the use of pesticide;but in the long term, the use of pesticides would lead to a decline in the agricultural output value of Heilongjiang Province;(5) The diesel oil had a negative significant impacts on the agricultural output value in Heilongjiang Province.
