Experiment and Design on Curtain-fall and Air Pressure Precise Holey Tray Seedling Device

Precise seeding device for holey tray is the most important component in industrialized precise seeding units. In this article the new principle of curtainfall and vacuum precise seeding is used for designing such devices. Using fully and controlling the flow of seeds from seed-box export by seeds dead-weight and minor vibrations of seeding device creates a singlelevel stability, homogeneous curtain-fall seeds which is conducive to seed precisely;On the other hand, a single line holes is structurally designed to distribute in a sucking seeds narrow board so as that carries out precise seeding continually. Experiment results show that the new curtain-fall and air-power precise seeding principle is so effective as that sucking seeds rate is almost up to 100%, but when seeds is put down to seeds mould holes in the sucking seeds tray are 2~3% walled up and down to 1% when those holes are blown by air.
