Study on Sucking Seeds Movement for the Vibration and Air- suction Precise Seeding Device

On the basis of the existed air-suction precise holey tray seeding device research achievements, sucking seeds dynamic characteristics of piezoelectric vibration type air-suction precision seeding device were further studied and experimented. This seeding device has a narrow seeds tray, which width is only 1 or 2 lines sucking hole, and then the airflow field mathematic model of sucking seeds movement of this seeding device had been established. Study and experiment results showed that a narrow seeds tray doing landscape orientation movement functioned as a wall in sucking seeds airflow field of wider tray;With sucking seeds going on, sucking seeds force raised step in step, and there was a second sucking seeds course when seeds tray gent back to seed. The experience and study for this device can be used to design and popularize to other kinds of air-suction precise holey tray seeder, it is preferable for meeting the agronomic requirements.
