Planting Wheel Transient Rotation Velocity of Vegetable Transplanter Measured based on PLC

摘要：

The rotation velocity of planter wheel is not constant, in order to ensure to throw the spot seedling into the duckbilled-type planting apparatus by the manipulator of auto vegetable transplanter, a transient rotation velocity measuring system of vegetable transplanter planting wheel was designed. When the duckbilled- type planting apparatus rotated to the position where the encoder was fixed, the pulse signal was collected by the encoder and is sent to the PLC and is analyzed and processed, the transient rotation velocity of planting wheel was got. So the prepared time that the duckbilled-type planting apparatus was rotated to the position where the manipulator throws the spot seedling into the duckbilled-type planting apparatus was got. It is very important that the vegetable transplanter realizes automation.
