The Structural Design of the Cutting Test Bench

摘要：

In the design process of the equipment of agricultural machinery, animal husbandry machinery and industrial machinery based on the crop stalk of raw materials for the production ,the design issues of the stalk cutter often was encountered.So the design parameters needed to be determined. From the point of view as a designer, the best way to obtain the design parameters was experimenting. So the stalk cutting test bench must be designed, and the reciprocating stalk cutting test bench was mainly used for a variety of the stem cutting experiments of the crops and cash crops. On the basis of the calculation of the experimental data,the critical cutting speed, cutting power and other parameters coule be drawn.
