A Study on Agricultural Supply Chain Partner Type and Evaluation Criteria System
Agricultural supply chain partner selection and evaluation is of growing importance in enterprises. Based on the analysis and study of related research achievements, this paper put forward the supply chain partners five levels model of evaluation criteria system. At the same time, we proposed the matching model of the evaluation criteria system and partner types. In choosing close cooperation partners, all the five levels of evaluation criteria system were involved as to make a comprehensive and effective evaluation for the enterprise. Although long-term partner is not as closely associated as strategic partner, enterprise should strengthen evaluation of those four levels: products, performance, system support, information technology. Due to the characteristics of short-term partnership itself, it is not necessary to take short-term partners culture and information technology into consideration. The temporary partnership is usually established by enterprises, aiming at coping with the temporary market demand and reducing the enterprise supply cost Thus product and performance levels are mainly evaluated for this class of partners.
