Status and Development Countermeasures of Vegetable Traceability System in China
Chinas vegetable security problems have become increasingly prominent. Although vegetables industry has developed very fast in recent years, the vegetables quality and safety problems is still serious. The paper analyzed the problems that conditioned the development of vegetable traceability system and proposed some feasible countermeasures, based on vegetable traceability system concept and vegetable traceability systems present situation analysis. At present, vegetable safety and quality problems are mainly in vegetable planting, production and circulation. The study showed that insufficient policy and financial support, negative enterprises enthusiasm and immature technology, poor autonomy consciousness on common mistakes and consumers vegetable quality safety consciousness were the main problems and should be improved. Finally, this paper put forward vegetable traceability system countermeasures and suggestions. Moreover, we thought that increasing financial support strength, introduction of subsidy policy, strengthening the propaganda training, improving the quality safety consciousness and consumer vegetables legal awareness were the key measures to solve the vegetables security problems.
