Movement and Test Analysis for Clamping Device of 4HQL-2 Peanut Combine Harvester

4HQL-2 peanut combine harvester is the latest development of whole-feed peanut combine of Qingdao Agricultural University. The machine used three-belt clamping device, and increased the clamping feed rate of peanut by increasing the dithering chains. In the paper, theoretical analysis of the holding area, the movement form of all clamping device parts and the peanut plant were made when the combine harvester worked, and finally by rotating the combination of orthogonal test, the optimal parameters of the machine was verified.
