Optimization of Enzymolysis -assisted Extraction of Schisandra Chinensis Polysaccharides by RSM
RSM was applied to optimize the enzymolysis-assisted extraction of Schisandra chinensis polysaccharides (SCP) in order to obtain a higher yield and lay the foundation for the utilization of SCP. The experimental data were fitted to a second-order polynomial equation by multiple regression analysis and statistical methods. Based on the RSM analysis, optimum enzymolysis pretreatment conditions were: temperature 30℃, time 4 h, pectinase dose 1.18%, and pH value 4.2. Under the optimized pretreatment conditions, the yield of polysaccharides by enzymolysis-associated extraction was 20.82%±0.25%
