Food Cold-Chain Logistics in China: Current Situations and Development Countermeasures
Food cold-chain logistics is recognized as a new field and gets special attention in China. In this paper, the conception of this kind of logistics was given, its key management techniques were pointed out, its current situations were summarized and its development countermeasures were analyzed, respectively. Furthermore, both favorable conditions and unfavorable terms for improving the logistics management performance were involved in the situations, the roles or duties of government, trade association, relevant college and university, thirdparty logistics enterprise and food producer were suggested in the countermeasures. This paper is helpful to the logistics operations and further development, as well as food safety management in China.
