Analysis of Triterpenoid Saponin from Luohanguo by Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry

摘要：

Chinese medicine Luohanguo, the fruits of Siraitia grosvenorii ( Swingle) is a special agricultural product in Guangxi province. This research work aimed to simplify the structures analysis of triterpenoid saponin from Luohanguo. In this paper, the structures of the purified active ingredients were analyzed by UV, FTIR and ESI-MS-MS and the structures of three active ingredients were deduced. This research work provided an important basis for further study on Luohanguo active ingredients.
