Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Actinidia Arguta Stem Triterpenoid
In the paper, the effects of solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic power, and ultrasonic time on extraction yield of Actinidia arguta Stem triterpenoid (AAST) were investigated by single factor analysis method. The response surface method (RSM) was applied to optimize the ultrasonicassisted extraction of AAST in order to obtain a higher yield, and lay the foundation for the utilization of Actinidia arguta Stem. The optimum extraction conditions were: solid-liquid ratio 1:54.5, ethanol concentration 70%, ultrasonic power 415W, ultrasonic time 54.5min. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of triterpenoid by ultrasonicassisted extraction was 1.07%.
