Risk Intervention of Food Safety in Rural Household in Jilin Province
In this research, though investigation and analysis, some problems of food safety in rural household in Jilin province were found out to be extremely serious. Rural household with poor condition are meant to be the first occurrence places of food borne disease, and that threatens the villagers health. Because it costs a lot of money to see doctor, the problem leads to the reduction of the whole welfare level. In order to reduce potential risk of food safety in rural household and improve the entire security level of food safety, we proposed some constructive countermeasures for risk intervention, i.e., through further investigation we confirmed high risk people of food safety in rural household, acquisition ways of food safety knowledge and hidden danger and risk of food safety in rural household, so that we carried out behavior guidance of food safety under household environment via leaflet, brochures and etc.;we suggested government implement proactive measures to encourage villager to pay more attention to household food safety;we established organizations that conduct and train villagers;we will take lead to establish a sustainable and efficient education-based risks intervention model of household food safety and create a set of comprehensive safety system in Jilin province.
