The Study on the Technology of Extracting SOD from Waste Beer Yeast Powder by Ultrasonic and Microwave-Assist Method
This study utilized SOD which was extracted from waste beer yeast powder by ultrasonic and microwaveassist method, and took SOD activity as the test method to optimize the technological parameter through the method of response surface analysis. The results showed that the PH value would reach 4.74, ultrasonic time was 10.85min and microwave time was S.7min through adding 3% NaCI. Under such condition the enzymatic activity of SOD which extracted from waste beer yeast powder was the best and the range of its enzymatic activity was72.09U/mg±2.00U/mg.
