Study on the Quality Monitoring of Canned Beer

This study focused on developing a detection system for beer production line which was based on machine vision, and it can replace the visual examination and raise autoimmunization level in production. The study introduced the structure and the principle of this system, and discussed the algorithmic difference with the success rate of over 95% and checking time within Is. The system can be used to inspect the liquid level and impurity in the bottle after the beer is filled, also it can separate the off-grade products automatically from the production line. This system can meet the requirements the requisition of brewery.
