Study on the Process Technique and Equipment of Alfalfa Drying

Alfalfa is the excellent species of animal husbandry development. Keeping raise value of hay and reducing dry substance and nutriment is the key to attain alfalfa hay with excellent quality in the course of harvest and store. The influences of drying temperature, air velocity, initial moisture and drying time on protein and drying rate in every minute had been analyzed based on the research of thin-layer dry and uniform experimental design, Main dry parameters and technique flow of forage keeping quality dry mainframe with belt conveyor and unit matching were researched and designed too. The dry process unit could keep alfalfa nutrition efficiently with the merits of excellent thermal efficiency , low cost .excellent quality, many applications, which would play an great promote effect to accelerate forage produce and forage intensive produce in our country.
