A Study of Radio Vision System for 77 GHz Automobile Application
In this paper a brief study of an experimental model of a radio vision system (RVS) fabricated on a SIGaAs substrate for 77 GHz automobile application is presented. The RVS is panoramic radar of a front survey of 8 mm wavelengths. Antenna and receivingtransmitting modules protected by a radio transparent cover are placed outside, and the computing and indicator modules are installed in a cabin of an automobile.
