Design of Harmonic Energy Meter Based on TDK+DSP+MCU
To meet the urgent demand of electric power industry on harmonic energy measurement, one kind of three-phase multifunctional harmonic energy meter structure composed by TDK71M6515H+ADSP-BF531 +PIC32MX460F512L is presented. The operating principle of electric energy meter is described. Besides, the data acquisition circuit based on TDK71M6515H and the data processing circuit with the core of ADSP-BF531 are introduced in details. Furthermore, correction methods of ratio error and phase error of harmonic energy measurement and temperature compensation are discussed. Finally, Three-phase harmonic energy meter based on the algorithm proposed has its error of fundamental active power measurement lower than 0.2%, error of fundamental reactive power measurement lower than 1%, amplitude error of harmonic electric voltage lower than 2%, amplitude error of harmonic electric current lower than 5%, and phase angle error between harmonic voltage and electric current lower than 5°. Above data results meet the accura cy requirement of the A class harmonic measurement instruments according to GB/T-14549-93.
