Establishing Model of Thickness and Pressure Bearing of Block Plate Based on Curve-Fitting

Aiming at the request that the design of the block plate of steam turbine cylinder satisfy security and the economical material principle at maximum at the same time, this paper applies largescale finite element analysis software ANSYS to conduct the finite element analysis at different bearing pressure situations on the block plate casted by commonly used carbon structural steel Q235-A, to obtain the best thickness data of the plate under different pressure, then, uses the data fitting toolbox in the software MATLAB to conduct the data fitting for experimental data from analysis, and obtains finally the best functional relationship model of the thickness and the pressure bearing condition.
