Research on the Key Technologies for Tibetan Web Search and Knowledge Discovery Based on Conception Relevance

摘要：

Conception Relevance means the concept newly emerged in the study of relational Web. It refers to the texts of a Web page are relevant to another pages content and the relevance is based on the concepts of some words in the texts. This paper aims to establish a comprehensive and accurate knowledge database and construct a Tibetan conception relevance search engine system by acquiring Tibetan Web data, clustering and searching conception relevance data of Tibetan Web as well as gathering comprehensive information of conception relevance data set of Tibetan Web.
