Analysis on factors affecting the service B2T e-commerce——based on diamond model
With the rapid development of e-commerce, a B2T ecommerce operation model emerging internet and group baying has sprung up. After the crazy development and vicious competition in the B2T market, many operators begin to find a way out Thats why they turn to offer localized special services to consumers. Basing on the macro perspective, this article uses diamond model to examine the major factors affecting the service B2T e-commerce and also uses coefficient variation to analyze district differences between B2T markets in east, west and central regions. On the basis, it offers some tactics and proposals for promoting domestic B2T market.
