The Software Design of Energy Spectral Data Communication Based on ARM920T-WinCE5.0

With the development of VLSI and intelligent technology, the design idea and implementation scheme for real-time new nuclear information processing system are proposed. Based on ARM+WinCE+UART, the portable energy-spectral measurement system can analysis the nuclear signal characteristics from different detectors, to determine the physical nature of radiation. The development of software modules under Windows CE are elaborated in detail, including the serial port driver, UART interrupt handling and flow control, custom communication protocols etc. It describes the application to communicate with hardware implementations through software interface design. The test result shows that the system can not only complete the analysis of the signal amplitude but also achieve other functions such as the timecharacteristics of nuclear signal, waveform recognition, signal sorting selection etc.
