STUDIES ON THE KETOPROFEN-POLYBUTYLCYANOACRYLATE-NANOPARTICLES OF ZEDOARY TURMERIC OIL
Objective: To investigate the optimum preparation conditions of the Ketoprofen-Ploybutylcyanoacrylate- Nanoparticles of zedoary turmeric oil (ZTO-PBCA-NP). Methods: The optimization of preparation process of ZTO-PBCA-NP was studied with the butylcyanoacrylate (BCA) as the polymeric materials, with ebedding ration as the evaluation index and with uniform design optimization ZTO-PBCA-NP preparation.Results: The multiple regression equation by the uniform design optimization ZTO-PBCA-NP preparation was Y= 179.157+24.958A1-182.328A2 -13.468A5 (R=0.9254, F= 32.114, P<0.01), the average ebedding ratio was between 84.90% ± 2.40% under optimum conditions.Conclusion: The Curcuma oil, BCA dosage and pH value are linear regression with the ebedding ratio of ZTO-PBCA-NP.The study screens out the optimum preparation conditions of ZTO-PBCA-NP.
