THE CANCELING FEEDBACK LOOP SOLVING RF FRONT-ENDS LEAKAGE FOR PASSIVE UHF RFID READER
To obtain long communicating distance and enhance sensitivity of receiver, the canceling feedback loop is proposed for canceling carrier in the passive Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader.The fundamental concept of the proposed method is that the wave of the same amplitude and anti phase of the carrier is created to cancel it based on radar theory.And the phase noise of leakage is analyzed in the receiver.Simulating verification using the canceling feedback loop at 915MHz is also performed to prove the superiority of solving leakage problem comparing with traditional methods.And the result of simulation is SNR (Signal Noise Ratio) of 10 dB enhancement when the communicating range is 5 meters between tags and readers.
