A COMPREHENSIVE PARTNER SELECTION EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ALLIANCE

摘要：

Construction project management alliance model is an effective tool, for Chinas construction companies at the present stage, to improve their own competitiveness, complete the original primitive accumulation of capital and technology and compete with international large scale construction engineering group.Based on the inherent characteristics of construction contractors in China, this paper put forward a comprehensive partner selection evaluation system of the dynamic collaboration and its a three-stage evaluation.
