A NEW MULTI-LEVEL INTERPOLATION APPROACH AND APPLICATION IN ORE RESERVE ESTIMATION
Different to use single spatial data interpolation or simply combine several spatial data interpolation methods, a new multi-level interpolation approach is proposed by this paper, which can deal with complex spatial data system better by using several spatial data interpolation organized well. The multi-level ore reserve estimation is designed aim at differences between traditional geometric ore estimation method and inverse distance method base on multi-level interpolation approach. The experiment indicated that multi-level ore reserve estimation method result is more close to traditional ore estimation method, more flexible to involve with geological factor, and more satisfied to geology engineer.
