THE GAME ANALYSIS OF CORPORATION FINANCING STRUCTURE

摘要：

This paper reviews the development and kinds of financing system, by financing goal preferences, time preferences and financing system stability as three variables respectively, establishes financing game model.get through analysis the solution of financing game model,gives some valuable results about financing structure.moreover,the paper research finance problem use game theory,not only a big innovate of finances study method,but also a big boost of finance game theory.
