This article based on Information system Security rating Protection Evaluation Criterion, is suitable the XML language to its atomic rule to carry on the regularization indication, Uses the AHP theory, to criterion levels regular quantification its weight, has established based on the AHP theory information system security evaluation model, Has overcome the former information system evaluation the qualitative analysis, the non-quantitative evaluations question, the quantification result is advantageous for the system superintendents comprehensive understanding system risk, to strengthen the system.
