RESEARCH ON THE METHOD OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT FOR REAL ESTATE

摘要：

The aim of this thesis is to discuss the structure and management theory and method of Supply chain in the real estate industry.This thesis explains the characteristics of real estate industry and basic idea of supply chain management, demonstrates that it is feasibility and necessity to use supply chain management in real estate industry, analyses and comes up with the basic framework of supply chain management model of real estate industry, lastly, discusses the risks that may exist in the real estate supply chain management and provides the countermeasures.
