TECHNOLOGICAL FRAME THEORY ANALYSIS OF E-LEARNING IN HOSPITAL: PERCEPTION AND PARTICIPATION
This study analyzes and identifies hospital employees perception of and participation in technology at different phases in the technological frame theory proposed.The frame contains not only the nature and role of technology itself, but also its specific condition, application and results in a specific context.The study conducted in-depth interviews with users at different levels in the hospital do, explored and analyzed the perceptions of technology learning by individuals or groups and the experience gained when technology-based learning was introduced to the organization.Interviewees expressed their interest in the introduction of eLearning to the organization and their willingness to share their opinions and practical experience.
