RESEARCH ON CADRES COMPETITIVENESS FORMATION DYNAMIC SYSTEM IN COMPETITIVE SELECTION

摘要：

Based on Motivation Theory,Human Capital Theory and Social Capital Theory ,the paper analyzes the factors of Cadres competitiveness formation in competitive selection, from the perspective of systems theory;deeply discusses the relationships between them.We have established a cadres competitiveness formation dynamic system model ,which contains external motivation subsystem, cadres human capital development subsystem and social capital integration subsystem.The purpose of the oretical model is to provide a reference for the cadres to enhance thire competitiveness and reserve forces of competition in competitive selection.
