SOLVING FREIGHT AGENCY PROBLEM USING INTRANET VPN AND SITE-TO-SITE VPN
This paper emphasizes the need for communication required by a large firm that has both a large distribution center and a large number of haulage vehicles.This firm is a Freight agency which faced many obstacles during their works.These obstacles in turn are summarized in how this firm contacts with their vehicles and how the firm controls the humidity and temperature of each warehouse properly.These warehouses hold valuable shipments to the costumers. The proposed solution is to use a technology which provides a secure connection, saves time and increases efficiency.The best option, accordingly, is Virtual Private Network and Global Position System to determine the location of each vehicle.By such a solution, it is really noticeable that there is effective communication in the firms hard mechanism on the one hand and the employees save time and efforts as well as increase the profits of the company and reduce long distance and support calls on the other hand.
