A SURVEY STUDY ON THE STATUS OF INFORMATICS ON TECHNOLOGY SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (SME) IN GUIZHOU PROVINCE OF CHINA

摘要：

Many Business Informatics (BI) attempts and developments have been observed over the last decade in Chinese Guizhou province which is relatively delayed in many developments, and especially in the area of business informatics.The purpose of this study is to understand or quantitatively study the level of BI development in small and mid-sized ITrelated private enterprises in Guizhou province. Furthermore, the author has chosen to focus on the current status of CRM using DSS in the abovementioned businesses in the private sector.
