REGIONAL ENERGY SECURITY AND TECHNOGENIC SAFETY: FAR EAST AND YAKUTIA IN A GLOBAL POWER

摘要：

It has been shown that the problem of regional energy security and technogenic safety has been connected to the global power system and required the mutual solution.It is true for the new investment projects and for sustainable growth of the existing structures and frameworks, as well.The key problem has been left in abeyance is increase of energy effectiveness and efficiency, technogenic and seismic safety of large industrial project.So the main tracks of the solution of such regional problem have been shown.
