The Modern Rise of Commercial Trust and Its Monitor Dilemma
The trust has currently made great progress catering for peoples eager need for asset preservation, and brought the ear of the rise of commercial trust. It is classified into traditional commercial trust and business trust, at the same time, the latter is divided into Common-Law Business Trust and Statutory Business Trust. Nowadays, Statutory Business Trust is replacing the Common-Law Business Trust, becoming the main model in our society. Commercial trust is difficult to adapt to the business activities which seek high profit returns rooted from traditional trust institutions and facing the development dilemma. The awkward situation indicates its development bottlenecks, at the same time, it also uncover its drawbacks of inner system design.
