A Study on the Impact of Entrepreneurial Social Capital on Incubatees Corporate Performance
The entrepreneurial social capital of incubatee can be divided into three dimensions: bonding, linking and bridging. From the perspective of growing process, the incubator includes three stages: embedding in networks, building and enhancing the absorptive capacity which is an important process variable, and achieving performance. Considering the characteristics of our incubatee, this paper builds a research model, which consists of entrepreneurial social capital, absorptive capacity and incubatees performance, to investigate the implementation mechanism of incubators and empirically test the theoretical assumption with structural equation model. The results show some practical meanings.
