An Evaluation of Management Performance on the Core Competence of Small and Medium Enterprise Based on DEA Method

摘要：

This paper explores to establish a new method to review management performance on the core competence of small and medium enterprise. It identifies core competence, and set up a index system to evaluate by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on this review result, this paper also put forward relative appraising of two times about management performance of core competence of small and medium enterprise by means of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). At last it gives an empirical example to review management performance of core competence of small and medium enterprise. A major conclusion is that this method is helpful to review management performance on the core competence among small and medium enterprise.
