The Construction of High-level Talent Management Model in Small and Medium-sized Enterprise: An Example of an Automobile Enterprise in Chongqing
With the shift of enterprises competition towards talents competition, especially as the most scarce resources of high-level talent competition in modern enterprise, the high-level talent has become an important part of Chinese talent team. This paper tries to construct new model of enterprise high-level talent management by analyzing the problems of managing enterprise high-level talent, based on summarizing the concrete methods of an antomobile enterprise in Chongqing. It has a guiding theoretical and practical significance in grasping the law of growth of high-level talent, establishing highlevel talent evalution criterion, and providing innovative high-level talent management policy and system.
