Research on the Influence Process Between Ethical Leadership and Employees Performance
This paper starts from the efficiency of management by analyzing the characteristics and superiority of the Ethical Leadership. Then it shows that there has an internal process that ethical leadership positively influences the employees working performance. By analyzing this influential process of ethical leadership, this paper finds that psychological safety, emotional connection, loyalty and a series of other intermediate variables which constitutes the influencing model. Basing on this academic model, we use the survey data of SMEs in Zhejiang Province to conduct empirical analysis, and some useful findings are revealed.
