Comparative Studies on the Intellectual Property System Under Different Jurisdictions on Both Sides of the Taiwan Straits: From the Perspective of Enterprises Manufacturing the Digital Electronic Products
Taiwan and the mainland China have the similar cultural background, so Taiwans experience in the intellectual property system development can be used as a reference for the mainland China. The development track of the intellectual property system development on both sides of the Taiwan Straits can be detected roughly from the development of enterprises manufacturing the digital electronic products and the intellectual property protection and use conditions. The legislation on the intellectual property in Taiwan has gone through the development from the protective preferential policies to the normal development up to now. However, although the standard of legislation is far ahead of others in the mainland China, it is not suitable for mainland China conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to draw on the experience of Taiwan in the 1980s to 1990s on the legal basis of the solidarity of the world, that is to say. The prosperity of the world and the emergence of intellectual properties are the joint effort of all countries around the world. It is necessary to adopt the domestic enterprise-oriented protection for fair competition.
