Study on Status Quo of Intellectual Property Right Protection in Small and Medium-sized High-tech Enterprises -Take Zhenhai District, Ningbo, China for Example
In the era of knowledge economy, to be invincible during competition, enterprises shall not only obtain advanced management and technology, certain capital, equipment and marketable products, but also shall acquire their own intellectual property rights. The protection of intellectual property rights is a crucial issue for the survival of enterprises. Through questionnaire and interview with 33 small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in Zhenhai District, Ningbo, China, this paper makes use of SPSS statistical analysis method, studies the status quo and existing problems of intellectual property right protection in small and mediumsized high-tech enterprises in this district, and analyses the relation between enterprise internal protection mechanisms/measures and enterprise external infringement, as well as enterprise satisfaction with governmental protection on intellectual property rights. On this basis, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for intellectual property right protection in small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in Zhenhai District, Ningbo.
