Special Liquidation on our Commercial Bank Legal System Construction

摘要：

This research studies Japans Company Law in the clearing system for the characteristics and special provisions, and the ordinary and special liquidation differences and connections; studied the special liquidation value of content and system; review of Chinas Company Law judicial interpretation of the special settlement regime to explore, from both inside and outside China, and put forward the establishment of commercial banks, especially clearing feasibility of the system. It recommends to come to build Chinas commercial banks, especially clearing of specific policy recommendations.
