Human Capital Structure, Information Technology and Organization Structure
Like many other economic issues, human capital has both measured by stock conception and structure conception. The conception of structural human capital can help to interpret different information coordinate mechanism in specialization hierarchy organization and flexible team organization. Information technology, which transforms organization structure and remodel human capital accumulation, makes human capital investment both widening and deepening. In the current competitive environment, flexible team organization can meet the demand of efficiency improvement, which is entailed by the change of market competition environment. The continuous improvement process of team organizations substitutes the return from specialization of labor in specialization organizations. Horizontal information coordinate mechanism can facilitate members to response to uncertain tasks rapidly.
